Latest addition.......

to the doll family. A gift from a beautiful friend whom I first met online through Flickr. Sharon is a lovely lady, clever, talented and thoughtful. I am proud to know her even though we have never met.
Thank you so much sweetie. I have given this pretty girl a bath and untangled her gorgeous hair. Doesn't she look wonderful. I can't wait to make her some clothes now. With that mass of blonde hair she reminded me of Farrah Fawcett so in honour of that beauty meet Farrah.

Picked from the garden this morning ~ popped into an old bottle and brought into the bedroom by my husband together with a mug of tea for me. The simple things are certainly the best.

Meet Miss Serena de la Menthe:) The newest member of my knitted doll family. I love making these girls, it's such fun to dress them up, watch them come to life. I think I need to make a lovely Spring lass with clothes the colours of daffodils and new grass, pale blossom buds and soft chick lemon. I love this time of year with so much new life, hope and looking forward to warmer days.
